Create Account for Self-Study

If you do not have a teacher, create an account and join your self-study course.

Important Use Spark for self-study only if you do not have a teacher and you are not learning English in a school.

Do not create more than one account.

You already have an account if you took an Spark class before.

Use the dropdown menu below to look up your course key:

Start Again
Go to learn.eltngl.com.
Click Register.
Click Student.
Enter your Course Key and click Submit.
If prompted, enter your Access Code and click Submit.

This step is skipped if you do not need to enter an access code.

Find your access code

In your book or printed access card

Open the front cover of your book or get your printed access card. Scratch off the coating.

Online access code

You might also be able to purchase an online access code.
Enter your name and email address.

Parents: Use your email address if you are managing your student's account.
Enter the username and password you want to use.
Usernames can include the following characters:

Your password should contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
Select the checkboxes for Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click Register.
