Make the Cengage Tool Deployment Available to Org Units

Institutions should use only one deployment of the Cengage tool and share it as necessary to the respective organizational units. If separate deployments are necessary, contact your account representative or Spark or MyELT support to request unique configuration parameters for each deployment.

  1. Sign in to Brightspace® as an administrator.
  2. Go to Admin Tools > Manage Extensibility > LTI Advantage.
  3. From the list of LTI Advantage tools, select Cengage.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Deployments.
  5. From the list of Deployments, click the Cengage deployment.
  6. Scroll down to the Org Units settings to confirm or edit the Org Units that require access to the Cengage tool.
  7. Click Save and Close.
