If your Spark account includes an email
address, you can reset your password through the sign-in page. If Spark
does not have your email address, ask your instructor to reset your
password.
Reset Password with Email
- On learn.eltngl.com, click Sign in.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Forgotten Password Request.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email.
Ask Instructor to Reset Password
Ask your instructor to rest your password.
Your instructor will either create a temporary password for you or send
you an email with a link to reset your password.
- If your instructor gives you a temporary password, sign in to Spark with that password. You will be prompted to create a new password.
- If you receive an email from Spark, follow its instructions to reset your password.
