Manage Account

Change your Spark password, email address, username, and preferred language from your My Account menu.

To access your account menu, click

My Account.

Change Email Address
Add or change your email address. Adding an email address is optional, but lets you quickly reset your password if you forget it.
Change Name
You can change your username in Spark. If needed, ask your administrator to change your first or last name.
Change Password
Keep your account secure by changing your Spark password occasionally.
Forgot Password
If you forget your Spark password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.
Change Platform Language
Set your preferred language for buttons and labels in Spark.
