Export the Institutional Report

Export and download the institutional report in Spark.

The institutional report is a comprehensive report that provides detailed, raw student performance data for the courses at your institution.

Export the Institutional Report

  1. Click the Reports tab in Spark.
  2. Select the courses you want the report for from the Course Selection dropdown menu.
  3. Select the type of work you want from the Assigned Work dropdown menu.
    You can select from:
    • All assigned and unassigned work
    • All assigned work
    • Tests only
  4. Click Export & Build Report.
    An Excel file with the reports you requested will generate and become available in your Messages tab.

Download the Institutional Report

When the report is ready, it will appear in your inbox.

The time it takes for the report to generate varies, depending on the amount of data requested.

  1. Click the Messages tab in Spark.
  2. Click the provided link to download your institutional report.
    The report will download onto your computer as an Excel file.
