Remove a Student

Remove a student if they are incorrectly enrolled or should be dropped from your course.

Important
  • The student's account is not deleted. They are only removed from the course.
  • If your school requires access codes, students will need a new access code to join another course or rejoin your course after you remove them.

Transfer a Student

  1. Click User Management.
  2. Hover over the student you want to remove.
    To filter the user list:
    • Search the user's name in Search
    • Select the user role
      Administrators can view all users, students, or instructors

    The Edit and Delete icons are shown.

    Edit and Delete icons are displayed when hovering.
  3. Click Delete.
    1. Click Yes to confirm.

The student is removed from your course.
