Export Instructors

Download your school's instructor information as a CSV file.

The exported instructor report contains the following information for each instructor at your school:
  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email (if available)
  • Course Key
  1. Click User Management in Spark.
  2. Click Export Expand > Instructors.

    The following message displays.

    Your report is being generated and will be delivered as a message soon.
  3. In the header, click Messages.
    On the instructor dashboard, "Messages" has the label "1", meaning there is a new message.
  4. Click the file name to download your roster as a CSV file.
    The News tab of the Messages menu shows a new instructor report is ready to download.
